These are great until you put them in the washer. I've tried LOTS of different kinds of iron on products - these look the best at first wearing and wash "better" than most, but still not great.

I've tried these transfers several times on several different types of fabrics and they simply do not work. I've been disappointed every time, after following the directions to the letter. The image did not transfer no matter how hot the iron and how much pressure I applied. Ruined a couple t-shirts in the process.

Also, hp printing software will flip the image horizontally when you select "iron-on transfer" in printing properties, so if you have already flipped your image in the document, when you print onto the transfer paper the image will have flipped BACK without warning. I wasted several sheets of this paper dealing with that problem.

These transfer are really a lot more than what I expected. Although the instructions are guided for home iron print; in a professional heat transfer press, heating at 375 Farenheit for 20 seconds with medium hard pressure gives me great results. I strongly recomend this.

first of all, it took FOREVER to get the trsfers to stick to the t-shirts, then, they only give you one of those papers to go between each transfer and the iron which meant that once each one started getting sticky, I had no choice but to keep using it therefore RUINING the shirts. Maybe it was just user error, but this isn't the first time I've done T-shirt trasnfers, yet only two out of the included 6 actually came out right. Avery trasfers are far easier to use (I just wish they didn't leave the tea-stain effect). All in all, these have proven to be hit or miss with me, and they're too pricey to be going through trial and error.

These are awesome. I was skeptical about them because we all know how iron-on stuff usually goes... But I used a inkjet printer and printed off a graphic and it ironed on perfectly, even better than most real t-shirts. Immediately I came up with many t-shirts I wanted to make because they looked very high quality like a company made them.. highly recommended.

These are wonderful! You just print anything you want to transfer and then iron them on. You have your custom shirt under 10 minutes!! The only drawback is that they transfer together with the white background unlike the ones for white fabric (So, remember *not* to flip your image when you print!). So you need to trim the print out carefully not leaving a border. Similarly, if you want to print text, you may want to print them in a backgrund box. Using it is super-easy. Just make sure you are using a 100% cotton fabric, that's all.

Note: All you people with transfer problems, do make sure you strip the backing off after printing and use just the transfer and the 'cover' sheet for iron on!

I wish more books were written for this subject --- MEN. While there are lots of quilts patterns out there that lend themselves to the male side of the species, there aren't a lot of books specifically for men. This makes this one a treasure!

From baby to octogenarian, there is a quilt for every male in your life. A baker's dozen of patterns should provide you with one that will be just right for the gift or "just because" item you need. The book begins with six pages of general instructions. We all need this type of overview from time to time, especially with appliqué. Who knows? You might just learn a new or better way to do it!

The patterns begin with suggestions for the baby using bears, cowboys, magicians and bugs. A full page photo of the finished project will give you a very good idea of how your finished item will look. Material and cutting lists are next and include the finished size of the quilt. Putting the pieces together is next and there are great graphics to show you the steps as well as the written ones. The final instructions are about finishing the quilt. For those quilts with appliqué pieces, the templates are full sized so no running to the copy store is needed which is always a plus for me as I usually am ready to start a quilt and then discover that the templates have to be enlarged!

One of the patterns is for a magician's cape for your budding young entrepreneur! And as the male in your life grows, so do the themes in the quilts. There is one for the beach, one for his bachelor's pad and, of course, the sports themes cannot be left out. My favorite one is the nautical alphabet quilt as we are Coast Guard Auxiliary and it will be the perfect one to make for the auction at our next conference.

Be sure to add this wonderful book of quilts for men to your quilting library!
